It is a ritual for reconnection that includes the sensory experience of walking on the forest floor, moving through different spaces like dense forest versus a clearing or a field, exploring a variety of paths mirroring the meandering patterns of our life’s journeys, immersing ourselves in the world of tree bodies, standing together with them in our shared verticality, and becoming aware of how their branches and root systems can be perceived as a macro representation of the micro-systems within our own bodies. We discover how the breath moves in and through us as we move through the landscape.
